Terms of Use

Effective date: 8 November 2026

1. Who we are, and these terms

Voicelit is made and operated by Onner Tech Company Limited ("Onner", "we", "us"), registered address 41/28 Soi Vibhavadi Rangsit39, Don Mueang 10210, Thailand. By creating an account or using Voicelit you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Voicelit.

If you use Voicelit through your company, your company may have its own agreement with us. Where it does, that agreement applies to the company's use and these terms apply to you as a person using the service.

2. What Voicelit is

Voicelit turns your speech into text and helps you turn meetings into transcripts, minutes and to-dos. It is available as apps for iPhone and Android, and for Mac and Windows where we make them available, together with the service behind them.

Voicelit uses AI. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or misattributed, including text, names, decisions, dates and to-dos. Check anything that matters before you rely on it or send it to someone.

3. Your account

You sign in with Apple, Google or another method we offer. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Voicelit. You can delete your account in the app at any time; here is what that does.

4. Your content

Your recordings, notes, transcripts, minutes and to-dos are yours. You give us only the permission we need to run Voicelit for you: to process what you send so that you get your text, minutes and other results, to store what you choose to sync, and to keep the service secure. The Privacy Policy explains how, including which AI providers handle your content.

Recording other people. You are responsible for telling the people you record and for following the law and your workplace rules where you are. Some places require everyone's consent to record a conversation.

5. Using Voicelit properly

  • Do not use Voicelit to break the law, to harm or harass anyone, or to record people who have not been told when the law or a rule requires it.
  • Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, get around its limits, or use it to build a competing service.
  • Do not share your account, or use automated means to access it.

We may limit or suspend an account that does these things, or that puts the service or other people at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why.

6. Other companies' services

Voicelit works with services such as Apple and Google sign-in, Google Calendar, Google Tasks and Google Docs. When you connect one, that company's own terms and privacy policy apply to what it does. You can disconnect it at any time. How Voicelit uses Google data is described on the home page and in the Privacy Policy.

7. Plans and limits

Voicelit may have usage limits, and some features may later need a paid plan. If a feature costs money, the price and what it includes will be shown in the app before you pay, and you will not be charged for anything you did not agree to.

8. Changes and availability

We work to keep Voicelit running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop features. If we make a change that matters to you, we will tell you in the app first where we can.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Voicelit and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms or the law. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as the limits on our liability, continue after your account ends.

10. Our responsibility

Voicelit is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss that comes from relying on AI output without checking it, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Voicelit in the past 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited, or our liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes go to the courts of Thailand, without taking away any right you have to use your local courts as a consumer.

12. Changes to these terms, and contact

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect. Questions: onnertech@gmail.com, Onner Tech Company Limited, 41/28 Soi Vibhavadi Rangsit39, Don Mueang 10210, Thailand.
