Delete your Voicelit account
In the app (fastest)
- Open the Voicelit app on your iPhone or Android phone and go to Settings, then Account.
- Choose Delete account and confirm with a fresh sign-in.
- Deletion starts straight away, and you are signed out on every device.
What is deleted
- Everything your account synced to our servers: notes, transcripts, minutes, to-dos, speaker names and saved voices (stored encrypted), and the encryption keys that open them. This cannot be undone.
- Your sign-in identities, devices and sessions, and your name and email address.
- Your membership of a company, if you had one. The company never saw your content.
- If you signed in with Apple, we also ask Apple to revoke Voicelit's access in your Apple ID. If Apple cannot be reached we keep trying for up to 14 days.
What stays
- Recordings and notes saved only on your own devices are not on our servers. Delete them in the app, or remove the app.
- Records that hold no notes, transcripts, name or email address: a log of account actions (for example, that an account was deleted) and AI usage counts, kept for security and billing for up to 1 year.
- If you used the form below, your request (the email address and note you entered) is deleted 30 days after we handle it.
- Backups can still hold deleted data for up to 7 days. Our AI providers may keep content they have already received for up to 30 days under their own terms.

Cannot use the app?
If you use Voicelit on a computer, no longer have the app, or cannot sign in, ask for deletion here. We will email the address you enter to confirm that the account is yours before anything is deleted. If you signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, enter the relay address shown in your Apple ID settings.
When you send the request, our server shows a confirmation page. Nothing is deleted until you confirm by email.
