Common questions
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings, then Account, then Delete account. If you cannot sign in, use the account deletion page.
Where are my recordings?
Recordings are never synced to our servers; they are stored on the device that made them. Audio is sent only to transcribe it. See your recordings and your device.
How do I withdraw my agreement to AI processing?
In the app, open Privacy and data and choose Withdraw consent. Without it Voicelit cannot dictate or write minutes.
How do I disconnect Google?
Disconnect it in Voicelit's settings, or remove Voicelit in your Google Account permissions. See how Google is used.
I lost my devices and my sync recovery key.
If you turned on sync, only your own devices and your recovery key can open what you synced. We cannot recover it, and neither can a company admin. Recordings and notes that were never synced exist only on the device that made them.
Can I get a copy of my data, or correct it?
Write to us at onnertech@gmail.com. The Privacy Policy lists your rights.
How do I get Voicelit?
Voicelit is not available to download yet. Write to us if you would like to try it early.
